Welcome to Yeety! These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when using Yeety’s services, specifically as a customer participating in our loyalty program. By registering and using Yeety, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Yeety, you must create an account and verify your email address by entering a 6-digit code sent to you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

2. Yeety Loyalty Program

How It Works:

  • Only places listed in the Yeety app or on the website participate in the loyalty program.
  • Each place offers a discount plan (5%, 10%, or 15%), which may change over time. The applicable discount will be displayed in the app.
  • Some places may restrict Yeety discounts to certain times of the day, but these restrictions will be clearly indicated in the app. If no restrictions are indicated, the place is obliged to apply the discount.

Using Yeety at a Place:

  1. Inform the employee that you want to use Yeety before the bill is printed.
  2. Show your personal QR code in the Yeety app to the employee.
  3. The employee will scan your QR code, input the bill amount, and Yeety will calculate the discount.
  4. The discount is capped at 20% of the bill amount and must be manually added to your bill by the employee.
  5. The earned discount will be based on the amount you pay after the discount is applied.

For bills over €50, you must scan your bill after the transaction to validate the discount earned for future use. This security measure is in place to protect the integrity of the loyalty program.

3. Discount Calculations

  • Discounts apply to the current bill based on the place’s selected plan (e.g., 5%, 10%, or 15%).
  • The maximum discount that can be applied to a single bill is capped at 20% of the total bill amount.
  • The remaining bill after the discount will generate future discounts based on the place’s chosen rate (e.g., 5% of the amount paid after discount).
  • Discounts must be manually added by the employee, and Yeety is not responsible for errors or omissions in applying the discount.

4. Expiration of Discounts

Currently, discounts do not have an expiration date. However, Yeety reserves the right to impose expiration dates for discounts at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the app or website.

5. Leaving Yeety

If a place decides to leave the Yeety program, the following rules apply:

  • The place will have a 1-month notice period during which you can use your remaining discount balance at that place.
  • No new discounts will be earned at that place during the notice period.
  • You will be notified via the app that you have 30 days to use any remaining discounts for that place. After the 30-day period, the discounts will no longer be valid.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Your QR code is personal and may not be shared or lent to anyone else. Misuse of your QR code may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • It is your responsibility to inform the employee before the bill is printed if you wish to use Yeety.
  • Yeety monitors unusual activity. Any abuse of the loyalty program, such as fraudulent actions or inappropriate use of the QR code, will lead to account suspension or termination.

7. Real-Time Information

Yeety provides real-time information about:

  • The discount applied to your current bill.
  • The discount you have earned for future visits to the same place.

You will be notified of these updates directly in the app at the time of transaction.

8. Data Collection

  • The only data Yeety collects during the transaction process is the total bill amount.
  • For bill amounts over €50, you are required to scan the bill. By doing so, you consent to share the information contained in the scan with Yeety. However, these scans will not be shared with any third parties.

Yeety ensures that all transactions are secure and compliant with GDPR regulations.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. After confirming the deletion, all of your discounts will be lost, and they cannot be recovered. Yeety cannot restore discounts once an account has been deleted.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:

  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
  • Share your personal QR code with others.
  • Repeatedly fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Yeety reserves the right to monitor accounts for unusual activity and take action as necessary to protect the integrity of the loyalty program.

11. Disputes and Liability

Yeety is not responsible for any errors made by the place or its employees in applying the discount. Any disputes regarding the application of the discount must be resolved directly with the place. Yeety may assist in resolving disputes but holds no responsibility for how discounts are handled by the place.

12. Changes to the Terms

Yeety reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or website, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
